Terms of sale
The site kynos-naturel.com is published by Kynos, a simplified joint -stock company with share capital of 500,000 EUR whose registered office is located10, Place Vendôme 75001 Paris.
These conditions of sale rule exclusively the contractual relations between Kynosand the buyer having placed an order on the website kynos-naturel.com .
1. General provisions
1.1.These General Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) supervise the sale of products on the W SiteEB kynos-naturel.com("The site"), property of the company Kynos.
1.2.In order to be eligible for the purchase of products on the site, customers must be at least 18 years old or, in the case of minor people, be duly authorized by their representative (E ) Legal (e)

2. Products

3. Price

3.2.Prices are likely to be modified. The applicable prices are the prices published on the site on the date on which the customer has placed an order.
3.3. The shipping costs are processed according to the amount of the order and its destination. They are automatically calculated during the order process on the site.
4. Order & Delivery
4.1. Deliveries in mainland France are carried out by postal services or any other partner selected by Kynos.The order will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. If the address given by the buyer turns out to be wrong, or that the package is not withdrawn in time, Kynos cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. Relaying costs will then be the responsibility of the client.
4.2.Orders are generally processed within two (2) working day (s).
From the processing of the order, the products are generally delivered, within the following deadlines:
-Delivery by Colissimo: 2-3 working days
In any event, the order is executed within a maximum of thirty days from the day following that when the customer validated his order.
4.3.In the event of late delivery, the order is not canceled. Kynos informs the client by email that delivery will occur with delay. The customer may then decide to cancel the order by email or registered letter.

In the event that the order has not yet been shipped, the latter is blocked and the customer is reimbursed for the sums possibly debited within 14 days of receipt by Kynos in the cancellation notice.

In the event that the order has already been shipped when receipt by Kynos of the Customer's cancellation notice, the Customer can still cancel the order by refusing the package. Kynos will then reimburse the amounts debited and return costs paid by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) days following the receipt of the complete parcel refused and in its original state.
Kynos therefore declines any responsibility in the event of too much delivery time due to the postal services, as well as in the event of loss of the products ordered or a strike of postal services. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the buyer
5. Payment

7. Disputes
These GTCs and contractual relations between Kynosand the client are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of resolution of the dispute within the framework of mediation, the latter will be brought before the competent French courts.
8. Nominative information
Kynos undertakes not to disclose the information communicated by buyers and visitors on the site to third parties. These are confidential.
They will only be used by its internal services for the processing of the order and that to strengthen and personalize communication in particular by the letters / e-mails of information as well as in the context of the personalization of the site according to the preferences observed of Users.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the GDPR, the Customer has a right of access, rectification, and opposition to personal data concerning him. To exercise this right, the buyer must send his request to Kynos by e-mail or by mail.
